This notice explains what the Tradunio website collects when you send an enquiry.
What you share with us
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company, topic and message. It also records your agreement to use these details to respond, the date of submission and whether you arrived through a demo request.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to understand your request and respond to you. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in your message.
Where enquiries are recorded
Enquiries are stored in the website’s PostgreSQL database. They are not displayed publicly. The form returns a reference after your enquiry has been saved.
Essential technical processing
The website checks form submissions to reduce spam and duplicate enquiries. It uses your enquiry email address to limit repeated submissions. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
